WWEA is proud to announce the redesign of its website for the small wind industry www.small-wind.org.
The new design features improved functionality, a modern new design and a better integration with social media networks.
The new simple-to-use site navigation is broken down into seven categories – About us, Developer’s Guide, Buyer’s Guide, Business Directory, Forum, Information and Events – as well as the industry’s most interesting news and small wind events.
At www.small-wind.orgconsumers can find the necessary guidelines for the development of a small scale project and get support from the specialists in the website forum.
WWEA offers an information guide about the small wind markets and policies status around the world as complement of the Small Wind World Report. Additionally, a new section – Dealer/Distributors Services- offers the possibility to connect manufacturers to potential representatives around the globe in a cheap and easy way.
Stefan Gsänger, WWEA Secretary General: "Internationalization is becoming a requirement for small wind manufacturers and retailers who are looking for growth beyond their home markets. Helping the industry with the internationalization is one of the main targets of www.small-wind.org. We are proud that we have created the leading international online forum for small wind which helps this emerging sector to continue its strong growth path - during the last years, we have seen small wind growing at rather of 30 %, far above the large wind turbines."
The redesigned website will continue to evolve over the coming months, creating an even more seamless user experience for all small wind actors. Also new sections created in partnership with other organisations will be added in the near future. Visit the WWEA Small Wind Section Website at wwwsmall-wind.org
